| Q: How early do i need to get there to help set up and how late do i need to stay to help tear down? A: To help set up, I'd say a day earlier maybe. To tear down, we would probably start before the end and finish as early as possible (the same day) as we will all be tired and want to finish as soon as possible. Of course, this might change and we will send an email to all the volunteers in that category when we have the final info. |
| Q: How do we sign up for a ride or a tent? A: You must contact the person who offers the ride/tent/cabin and that person will add you in his/her list if they feel like it |
| Q: What's is the registration fee? A: The cost to attend the event will be $15 US dollars per person per night for Tent & RV Campers. And $5 US dollars per person per day for those that will be reserving a Cabin or Lodge Room or those of you just attending for the day (cabin and Lodge rooms are booked through the ranch with separate charges). |
